Alone
February 20, 2025
BY By Heather B
Alone I am, Alone I stand
Alone with no one to hold my hand
Alone without a plan
In the park, in the street
I see Alone looking at me
I wave and smile sincerely
I gasp, Alone waves back at me
Alone I will go and say hello
I feel the sudden need
Maybe alone I will no longer be
