Poet Laureate & Contributor Rights

MyrtleBeachPoetry.com is a community-driven project dedicated to showcasing the creative voices of our region.

Contributors grant the City of Myrtle Beach a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, promote, and display their submitted works, with proper attribution to the author.

Works created by the Myrtle Beach Poet Laureate remain the sole property of the author. Any use of Poet Laureate works by the City of Myrtle Beach is governed by a separate contractual agreement, ensuring full copyright protection for the author.

All work on this website is copyrighted and remains the intellectual property of its author. It may not be reproduced, distributed, or republished in any form without explicit permission from the author.
